Welcome to Kingstowne Orthodontics!

We want your first (and every!) visit to be a great experience. Please know that we explain everything we do, and will do our best to answer all of your questions.

On your first visit we will:

• ask you to complete a medical history sheet and patient information form (or we will send this to you by mail ahead of time)
• perform a clinical exam to determine if there is a need for orthodontic treatment
• advise you of the general nature of the orthodontic problem
• recommend what treatment will be necessary to correct the problem

The initial examination appointment is COMPLIMENTARY.

If orthodontic treatment is indicated, DIAGNOSTIC RECORDS will be taken to enable Dr. Hamman to complete a comprehensive diagnosis or your case. These diagnostic records reveal the underlying source of the problem, and allow her to accurately plan how best to proceed with your orthodontic case.
